How it works

For professionals: Set your working hours

In Quote settings, set your start time, end time and working days. JobSlot™ uses these to find slots that fit your schedule. Your diary (and optional calendar sync) is used to exclude busy times.

For professionals: Add JobSlot™ to your quote

When creating a quote, enable "Show JobSlot™ available to start date". Enter the job duration (e.g. half day, 2 hours). Pick a start date or use "Find first" to get the next date with free slots. Add to quote – the customer will see your available slots in a highlighted box.

For customers: See available slots on the quote

On the quote you'll see "Available to start from [date]" with slot pills (e.g. 10:00–11:00, 10:30–11:30, + more). No need to call or message to ask when the professional can start – it's right there.

For customers: Choose your preferred slot

When you accept the quote, you pick your preferred slot from the list. The professional has already offered those times, so you're choosing from real availability. Your choice is saved with the accepted quote.

Slot confirmed for both

The chosen slot is stored with the accepted quote. The professional knows when you want to start; you have a clear date and time. You can add it to your diary and the customer has confirmation in writing.
